Key Responsibilities
- to patients, visitors and multi-disciplinary team members, including maintaining confidentiality.
- Participates regularly in clinical supervision and continues ongoing professional development through education.
- Maintains appropriate clinical records reflecting adherence to hospital policies, ACHS and legal.
Requirements
- The Position Provides individualise support and group therapy sessions based on professional training reflecting current ethical clinical practice as required.
- Provides care planning and monitoring client progress adjusting treatment accordingly.
- Evaluates clinical outcomes and participates in research activities as required.
- Liaise with all staff to promote effective communication including verbal and written feedback to referring Doctor.
