About the Role

Join WesleyLife as a Physical Therapist – Home Health, $5K Sign-On, Mileage Reimbursement in United States. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll make a direct and meaningful impact on the health, comfort, and daily experience of those we serve. You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve strength, and maintain independence in the place that matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Valid Iowa driver’s license.

Current auto insurance.

Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa

Current Basic Life Support certification.
