- will work collaboratively with other team members in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary medical care to Tri-County patients using best practice and evidence-based standards.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited master’s level Nurse Practitioner program; Current RI NPP License, Board Certified/Board eligible in Family Practice.
- Prior experience practicing in Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) preferred.
