About the Role

Join Greater Good Health as a Nurse Practitioner - Part-Time (OH License required) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides full scope of primary care services including well acute, and chronic condition management

Conduct patient visits in our client’s facilities, in the comfort of the patients’ own homes, and through virtual visits

Manages patient panels and "quarterbacks" patient care with patient’s team to deliver high

touch, high

Requirements

Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner license

Board Certified NP in good standing

Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP

2 + years of clinical experience as a NP in either Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology or Palliative Care. Home care experience is a plus

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $65/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

No weekends required.
