Key Responsibilities

• Academic Staff Physicians must be members of the Medical Staff at St.

• Mary Medical Center and must be licensed by the State of California and currently certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

• Subspecialty board certification is desirable or required as designated in descriptions for specific positions in the Department of Medical Education or at the Hospital.

• Academic Staff Physicians will have interests and aptitudes for teaching learning program administration and academic creativity as defined by Charles Drew University School of Medicine.
