About the Role
Join NorthBay Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Women Children Services (Full Time, Day) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to initiate or discontinue 5150 custodial holds within Women and Children’s Services.
- Partners with the physicians, nurses, and other team members to establish, document, implement and evaluate a plan of care based on the patient’s unique health strengths and needs.
- Brings clinical assessment skills; acute, long term, and community health expertise; learning theory; and multidisciplinary team expertise to the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitors progress of the plan of care and communicates any changes with care team.
