About the Role
Join Virginia League for Planned Parenthood as a Nurse Practitioner in United States. The Virginia League for Planned Parenthood is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hampton Roads! VLPP Clinicians provide high quality patient centered care in accordance with practice protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks according to VLPP Medical Standards and Guidelines as well as relevant HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, VDH and other regulatory
Requirements
- Review and interpret patient medical and social history.
- Perform appropriate medical assessment and management for a range of conditions as per appropriate scope of practice and training.
- Evaluate patient needs, provide treatment options and implement regimens, including administering and prescribing medications.
- Perform procedures as trained/privileged, such as ultrasound, IUD insertion/removal, implant insertion/removal, colposcopy, LEEP, etc.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $56.38/hr.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
