About the Role

Join Focus Behavioral Health as a Residential Milieu Counselor in United States. This position takes place in a highly structured 24 hour residential facility program working with at-risk youth clientele. Assist the population in improving their behaviors and meeting their treatment goals in order for them to step down to a lower level of care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic care and treatment of all clients equally and effectively according to the standards out.

Develop and adhere to a written daily schedule and post it within the facility for all staff and clients to.

Provide practical leadership in the milieu based on the principles of containment treatment of special needs.

Conduct a minimum of one daily group (status, offense specific daily group) that adheres to the program mode.

Requirements
