Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of physical therapy treatment plans of care.
- Coordination of care with entire care team
- Educating patients and family members
- Preparing timely, complete and accurate clinical notes
Requirements
- Physical Therapist/DPT licensed in the State of Texas
- Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care
- Experience with EMR (PCC and NetHealth) is preferred
- Cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
