Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments that identify the client’s functional capacity, strengths, and lifestyle goals
- Provide recommendations for client care and report writing
- Enhance the quality of life and independence of Amana Living clients by delivering evidence based occupational therapy interventions
- Contribute to the development of holistic, individualized, client focused care plans in partnership with the resident and their carer/advocate and Amana Living team
Requirements
- Regularly review and evaluate client therapy plans to ensure identified goals are achieved and quality of life and healthy ageing promoted
- Consult with Amana Living staff in a multi
- Previous experience working with people living with dementia
- Evidence of Current 2024 Flu vaccinations as per Amana Living policies
