Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments to determine the patient's immediate needs.

Formulate accurate diagnoses based on the assessment findings and in collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist. Medication Management and Prescription:

Collaborate with the psychiatrist to develop and implement medication treatment in BHUCC setting.

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications as needed in BHUCC setting.

Requirements

Certified Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP with prescriptive authority.

Minimum one year of experience in community mental health The ideal candidate will posses:

Experience with integrated health preferred.

Experience in crisis intervention, urgent care, or emergency psychiatric settings is preferred.
