We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth City, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients r.

• provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiat.

Requirements

• Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required.

• LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A);

• Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)

• Experience in Substance Use services preferred
