About the Role
LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a remote outpatient role based in Gig Harbor, Washington. This position offers full-time or part-time options with telehealth flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mental health therapy to adults, children, and adolescents.
- Work fully remotely with a supportive clinical team.
- Participate in a cash-based incentive program.
Requirements
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) credentialed in Washington State.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Must reside in Washington State for fully remote work.

- Competitive compensation range of $90,000 to $115,000.
