About the Role

Join Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. as a Behavior Consultant – Flexible Schedule, Part-Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy and counseling.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Adhere to YAP’s philosophy, mission, and core principles.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work or related field is required.
  • Licensed staff as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT preferred.
  • Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
