Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a compassionate, motivated SLP to join our interdisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and older adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluation and treatment for adult/geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that honor each resident’s goals and abilities Maintain accurate docu.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience Master’s degree in Speech
  • Language Pathology Current VA SLP license, CCC Passion for working with older adults Experience with IDDSI diets and dysphagia is preferred, though we can train Strong communication skills and a team
