Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a compassionate, motivated SLP to join our interdisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and older adults.

Key Responsibilities

Provide evaluation and treatment for adult/geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing.

Develop individualized treatment plans that honor each resident’s goals and abilities Maintain accurate docu.

Requirements

2 years of experience Master’s degree in Speech

Language Pathology Current VA SLP license, CCC Passion for working with older adults Experience with IDDSI diets and dysphagia is preferred, though we can train Strong communication skills and a team

oriented mindset Commitment to compassionate, evidence
