About the Role

Join IntellaTriage as a Remote Hospice Triage RN providing after-hours telephone triage support for hospice patients and families. Work Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4pm with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and assess patient conditions.
• Coordinate care with on-call teams.
• Document communications accurately.

Requirements

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with EMR and fast-paced documentation.
