About the Role

Join PACS as a Physical Therapist – $50/hr, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with physical and functional impairments.

Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, strengthening, balance activities, pain management, and mobility training.

Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.

Collaborate closely with nursing staff, therapy team, physicians, and families to support resident goals.

Requirements

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Strong communication, documentation, and time‑management skills.

SNF experience preferred but not required—new graduates are welcome.
