Join PACS as a Physical Therapist – $50/hr, Flexible Schedule in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with physical and functional impairments.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, strengthening, balance activities, pain management, and mobility training.
- Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, therapy team, physicians, and families to support resident goals.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong communication, documentation, and time‑management skills.
- SNF experience preferred but not required—new graduates are welcome.
