Requirements
- Must have, at minimum, ONE year experience in the capacity as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital, skilled nursing or acute care setting (or similar field)
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, or General Practice
- Must have a Master's Degree
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation
