Key Responsibilities

Develop, establish goals, implement, evaluate and re-evaluate individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for WEL Residents at multiple sites.

Performs appropriate evaluations and treatment to residents including activities of daily living and range of motion exercises to improve residents ability.

Use discharge planning skills to promote independence and maximize function.

Represent OT at required meetings on resident care, staffing and other subjects, under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services.

Requirements

Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: Must have current unrestricted licensed as required in the state of Pennsylvania.

Must be registered with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
