Key Responsibilities
- Develop, establish goals, implement, evaluate and re-evaluate individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for WEL Residents at multiple sites.
- Performs appropriate evaluations and treatment to residents including activities of daily living and range of motion exercises to improve residents ability.
- Use discharge planning skills to promote independence and maximize function.
- Represent OT at required meetings on resident care, staffing and other subjects, under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
Requirements
- Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: Must have current unrestricted licensed as required in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must be registered with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.

- Per Diem position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
