About the Role

Join Avalon Health Care as a Occupational Therapist in United States. Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our amazing team in Utah County! Shift is On Call or Part Time Pay $65-$75 per visit $0.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely response to requests for service.
  • Participate in screening individuals in compliance with Brighton policy and procedure.
  • Ensure plan of treatment is initiated by attending physician, and is developed in consultation with nursing.
  • Evaluate patients in order to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and development of appropriate goals.

Requirements

  • Must have clinical background
  • Must demonstrate professional competency as a general practitioner of Occupational Therapy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Appropriate certification and state licenser in Occupational Therapy

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
