Requirements

• language pathology (SLP) ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship Speech

• Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Utah Active BLS certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance A minimum of 1

• year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $65 - $70/visit

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
