Key Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the quality of nutritional care provided to both hospitalized and ambulatory patients.

• The Clinical Dietician will perform nutritional assessments/evaluations and make nutritional and dietary recommendations.

• Responsibilities include providing patient counseling and education as well as developing nutritional care, and monitoring and implementing changes as appropriate.

Requirements

• What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.

• Knowledge of modern principles and practices of dietetics preferred.

• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards applicable to hospital food service preferred.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
