About the Role
Join Harbor House, Inc. as a Therapist (LCSW/LPC) – Outpatient, Supervisory Role in Fort Smith, AR.
Key Responsibilities
- service Observe and evaluate performance of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Youth Specialists, and Certified Family Support Partners. Provide supervision as a LMHP, to include:
- assessment and referral skills, including the accuracy of assessments
- appropriateness of treatment or service interventions in relation to the client needs
- treatment/intervention effectiveness as reflected by the client meeting individual goals
