Key Responsibilities

lead a team by advancing in to leadership, make an impact on the community with our advocacy partnerships.

implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.

develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.

provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and.
