Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Engage in research by leading or contributing to clinical studies, with strong institutional support for scholarly work.
• Guide the next generation of clinicians through mentorship and professional development.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes throughout the perioperative period
• Perform various endoscopic procedures
• Conduct research and perform scholarly work

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine and board eligibility or board certification in Gastroenterology
• Experience in diagnosing and managing a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions
• Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State
• Ideally, candidates will have expertise in management of patients treated with DBS and botulinum toxin therapy
• All positions are eligible for open rank based on experience and qualifications.
• Seeking a Board Certified Pathologist to participate in Breast pathology; fellowship training highly desired

• Competitive salary range with incentive bonus opportunity $400,000-$450,000.
• In addition to seeking General Neurologists (base salary $220,000-$240,000), our department is currently seeking full time BC/BE neurologists with fellowship training in the following areas:
• Movement Disorders (base salary $220,000-$240,000)
• Cognitive Neurology (base salary $230,000-$260,000)
• Vascular Neurologist (base salary $250,000-$270,000)

Work Schedule

• Work within a very flexible staffing pattern. Part time opportunities available!
• Participate in a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, supported by experienced APPs, with a flexible call schedule
• Shared AP night/weekend call and non-forensic autopsy coverage (Average less 4 autopsies/pathologist/year)
• Neuropathology frozen call coverage during weekdays
• AP short-call/long weekend call
• Shared Hematopathology call
