About the Role

Join Cottage Hospital as a Pharmacist - (PER DIEM) in United States. Cottage Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Per Diem Pharmacist to support our pharmacy team. This flexible position offers the opportunity to contribute to both clinical care and operational excellence while working under the guidance of the Pharmacy Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to support optimal medication therapy
  • Provide consults on pharmacokinetics, antibiotic stewardship, anticoagulation, and drug information
  • Document medication interventions and pharmacy care notes in the EMR Pharmacy Operations:
  • Verify medication orders and support accurate charge capture using pharmacy systems

Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacist in the State of New Hampshire (or eligible)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
