About the Role

Join Baptist as a Speech-Language Pathologist Lead – Clinical Leadership in United States. Job Summary Evaluates and assess patients to establish functional, measurable goals to promote restoration of cognition, communication and/or swallowing abilities. Provides treatment according to a written plan of care to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completes assigned goals. Provides general leadership, management and oversight of free
  • standing rehabilitation clinic operations.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels.
  • Evaluates and assesses the patient based on subjective and objective information.

Requirements

  • 3 years of progressive rehabilitation experience since licensure. Preferred/Desired Education Minimum Required Preferred/Desired Training
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency by American Speech
  • Language, Hearing Association. Minimum Required Preferred/Desired
  • Advanced training and/or certification in area of primary practice. Special Skills Minimum Required

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
