Physician - Surgical Hospitalist (Acute Care Surgery)

About the Role

MultiCare Health System seeks a BC/BE Surgical Hospitalist for Acute Care Surgery coverage at two hospitals in South King County, Washington. This full-time role involves day shifts with variable scheduling and some at-home call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care general surgery coverage.
• Operate independently on cases, including use of DaVinci Xi robots.
• Cover call for Auburn Medical Center fully and Covington Medical Center by phone.
• Minimal clinic responsibilities.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in surgery.
• Licensed in Washington State.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years post-residency preferred.
