Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines and FQHC standards.

• Accurately document all patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Enter all charges associated with patient care into the EHR.

• Participate in and refer eligible patients to clinical research trials.

Requirements

• Constant: sitting, phone communication, in‑person communication, hearing and vision acuity, exposure to bloodborne pathogens

• Frequent: walking, standing, exposure to hazardous materials

• Occasional: bending, stretching, reaching, driving Work is performed in clinical and office settings.
