Key Responsibilities

• and Responsibilities: Provide individual, therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Conduct assessments of client needs and progress.

• Coordinate care with other providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.

Requirements

• /Requirements: Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.

• Licensed clinical social worker (LSW) or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Fixed schedule.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
