About the Role

Residential Counselor I/II Flex positions at WellPower support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the Greater Denver Metro area. This flexible role involves facilitating group therapy, managing intakes/discharges, monitoring medications, and creating a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supportive counseling.
• Coordinate clinical care with case management.
• Assess consumers and provide interventions.
• Maintain household safety and trauma-informed environment.

Requirements

• RC I: Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or CNA/HHA certification preferred.
• RC II: Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• One year mental health experience preferred.
• CPR & First Aid and QMAP certifications.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay: $27.79 (RC I) to $30.12 (RC II).
• Float differential $2.00/hr.

Work Schedule

• Flexible shifts including Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday 8am to 8pm.
• Weekend work required.
