About the Role

Join Action Behavior Centers as a Behavior Therapist / RBT Trainer in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • develop ABC’s future clinical team.
  • Provide effective ABA training to newly hired and existing (Registered) Behavior Technicians to uphold ABC’s.
  • Provide coaching, modeling, and demonstration of specific strategies and/or activities as outlined in the AB.
  • provide ongoing, individual or small group, R/BT training and support at various ABC centers as needed * Tra.

Requirements

  • PLEASE READ Internal applicants:
  • Experience level required will be starting at B
  • RBT IV or higher on the Elevate structure, and looking to pursue an alternative career plan other than the BCBA route External applicants:
