About the Role

Join Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC as a Pharmacist – Day Shift, No Sundays in United States. Overview VytlOne is currently recruiting for a Pharmacist at our TMH Retail Pharmacy location in Tallahassee, FL. This is a unique opportunity to practice outpatient pharmacy in a model that integrates the pharmacy into the patient care transition model.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews prescriptions issued by Physician, or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed.

• Compounds medications, using standard formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, if applicable.

• Answers questions and provides information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage of pharmaceuticals.

• Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.

• Current licenses in good standing to practice pharmacy in the state of Florida.

• Ability to supervise pharmacy staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
