Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and Maintain Therapeutic Programs: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Conduct Evaluations: Administer initial evaluations, identify primary impairments, and use appropriate outcome measures to create effective treatment plans.
  • Program Management: Continuously check on patient progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment programs. Review and update patient programs through interim evaluations.
  • Supervise and Guide: Instruct clinic aides on daily treatment plans, supervise their work, and provide guidance and advice as needed. Supervise students and share your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
  • Membership in APTA is desirable.
