Geriatric Internal Medicine Physician

About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician with geriatric fellowship training or experience to provide specialized care for older adults in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive geriatric assessments and primary care for high-risk adult and elderly patients.
• Manage chronic diseases common in older adults.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including APPs, social workers, pharmacists, physical therapists, and specialists.
• Promote functional independence and quality of life through individualized care planning.
• Participate in quality improvement and utilization initiatives.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Board-certified or actively pursuing certification in Internal Medicine.
• Geriatric fellowship training or extensive experience preferred.
