About the Role

As a Counselor, you’ll lead dynamic group therapy sessions and be a vital part of our member-centered care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence

• oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Requirements

• An active Texas license: LCSW Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.

• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.

• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 annually.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
