Key Responsibilities

• will make over $300k
• 18 patients a day
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements

• Requirements: Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine Clear/ Active License Active DEA 2+ years of outpatient Primary Care experience (preferred).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $265K - $300K

• Signing bonus: $1.

• 33 days PTO.

• CME allowance: $3,500.

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
