Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with speech, language, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapy and document progress, using standard assessments and evidence
- based techniques; communicate findings and recommendations via SOAP notes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes; participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech
- Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licenses/ Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC
- SLP) from the American Speech
