About the Role
Join SummitStone Health Partners as a Behavioral Health Therapist (Access) - Spanish Speaking in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial integrated clinical assessments direct client care to include care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, case management, and related clinical services.
- Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.
- Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
- At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to pass the linguistic proficiency assessment. Preferred Qualifications:
- Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) SummitStone will take into consideration a combination of an applicant’s education, training, skills, experiences, and other job
