About the Role

Join SummitStone Health Partners as a Behavioral Health Therapist (Access) - Spanish Speaking in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial integrated clinical assessments direct client care to include care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, case management, and related clinical services.

Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.

Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.

Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.

At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to pass the linguistic proficiency assessment. Preferred Qualifications:

Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) SummitStone will take into consideration a combination of an applicant’s education, training, skills, experiences, and other job

Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-7:00pm schedule.
