Key Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of the signs and symptoms of alcoholism and other addictions.
- Assess patients for the diagnosis of alcoholism and other addictions, as well as other life areas that may have been affected by alcohol and/or substance addiction.
- Documents the results of all assessments and treatment notes regarding patient progress.
- All notes will describe in “clinical terms” patients actual progress in groups, individual sessions and family sessions.

- T required, at least 6 months as a counselor in Chemical Dependency 1
- USD $39.55 /Hr. Salary range for a non
- certified counselor: $23.80
- $35.03 Salary range for a certified counselor: $28.25
