Key Responsibilities
- Conducts a thorough, accurate, clinically sound Psychosocial Assessment with the individual in a timely manner.
- Maintains the clinic record, including documentation of activities performed as part of the service delivery process.
Requirements
- 36 legal process. Knowledge of AZ Board of Health Experience in inpatient, residential, or acute care mental health settings Spanish language proficiency
