Key Responsibilities
- CM codes to chronic conditions, and coordination with the revenue programs, credentialing and quality improvement programs to improve STARS, value
- based care and achieve and maintain accreditation. Monitor changes, corrections and clarifications in applicable regulatory/accrediting body
