About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assessments: Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and create individualized therapy plans.

Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans based on the assessment results, family goals, and input from other professionals.

Therapeutic Intervention: Implement evidence

based therapeutic interventions through telehealth platforms to help children achieve functional independence in areas.

Requirements

Education: Master's or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree

Licensure: Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the services are being provided (primarily Texas).

Experience: Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably with telehealth delivery, is highly preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
