Key Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist I is responsible for the direct and indirect total respiratory care of assigned patients. This includes knowledge of department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to respiratory care delivery.

Requirements

An Associate's degree in respiratory therapy is required along with under one year of experience. Candidates must be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions and hold a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification.
