- Graduation from a program for nurse practitioner approved by the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) of the American Medical Association
- Currently licensed as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- US Department of Justice and Massachusetts’ Controlled Substance DEA Registrations are required for prescribing practitioners.
- Breast Health Clinical Navigator (BHCN) certification within 18 months of hire
