About the Role

Join CentraCare as a General Surgery NP/PA – 7 On/7 Off Schedule in United States. General Surgery– Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – St. Cloud, MN Established practice with 15 surgeons and 12 advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities

will be inpatient care with limited OR expectations Schedule * Work 7 days on and 7 days off (7am-5pm on the days worked) * Rotating Holidays * Compensated as a 1.

Must be able to treat all ages Preferred: * Surgical experience preferred * Previous experience as an Advanced Practice Provider is preferred but not required Department Information Some of the services provided and conditions treated include the following: * Colon and rectal cancer * Laparoscopic removal of the gallbladder * Thyroid and parathyroid disease * Breast diseases * Biopsy of breast lesions * Sentinel node excision * Lumpectomy/Mastectomy * All types of hernias * Manage trauma patients * Stomach and small bowel surgery * Cancer of the pancreas * Thoracic surgery * Pediatric hernias * Endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy * Hemorrhoid, anal fistula, anal fissure surgery * Melanoma surgery * Excision of skin cancers, moles, cysts, fatty tumors, skin tags * Removal of foreign bodies (example: splinters) Our Location CentraCare, a leading not-for-profit health system and one of the largest providers of rural care, serves patients across Central, West Central, and Southwestern Minnesota.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

CPR certification is required
