About the Role

Join Action Behavior Centers as a INTERNAL ONLY Behavior Therapist / RBT Trainer in United States.

Key Responsibilities

develop ABC’s future clinical team.

Provide effective ABA training to newly hired and existing (Registered) Behavior Technicians to uphold ABC’s.

Provide coaching, modeling, and demonstration of specific strategies and/or activities as outlined in the AB.

provide ongoing, individual or small group, R/BT training and support at various ABC centers as needed * Tra.

Requirements

Experience level required will be starting at B

RBT IV or higher on the Elevate structure, and looking to pursue an alternative career plan other than the BCBA route External applicants:

Must have at least 3
