Key Responsibilities
- will assess and implement plan of care of occupational health needs to patient in a home setting and provide treatments to patients and evaluates progress as well as assist in the instruction of additional occupational therapy personnel, students, home health aides, and volunteers.

Requirements
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Occupational Therapist experience preferred
- Home Health experience preferred
- Valid VA driver license required Some
