Key Responsibilities

will assess and implement plan of care of occupational health needs to patient in a home setting and provide treatments to patients and evaluates progress as well as assist in the instruction of additional occupational therapy personnel, students, home health aides, and volunteers.

Requirements

Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Occupational Therapist experience preferred

Home Health experience preferred

Valid VA driver license required Some
