Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute an established patient treatment plan under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Monitor a patient’s progress to make sure they are successfully tolerating and completing treatment.
- Help patients improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their problems.
- Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.
- Have a working knowledge of medicare and other payor sources.
- have full knowledge of resident’s rights.
- Exude professionalism in presentation.
