Requirements

  • Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License.
  • Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
  • Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
